Clay Franklin has over 25 years of executive healthcare leadership experience leading hospitals and health systems before entering the managed care industry as the President & CEO of Oklahoma Complete Health, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation. Mr. Franklin’s understanding and knowledge of the complex systems and challenges facing providers with that of the payor side brings a unique perspective that helps bridge both industries and has afforded Oklahoma Complete Health to partner with providers as a Provider Led Entity. Mr. Franklin was raised in Western Oklahoma and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Oklahoma. He obtained his Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
