Zachary Idlett

Major: Business Administration - Finance

Zachary Idlett grew up in Purcell, Oklahoma and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance degree at East Central University.

Zachary is a dedicated student that has portrayed his skills throughout multiple organizations on campus. He is a member of the ECU Honors Program, the Business Leaders Association, and Vice President of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Due to his strong academic achievement and university involvement, Zachary is also a recent inductee into the Business Scholar Leader Program and the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society, where he will get the opportunity to further expand upon his leadership skills.

Zach’s future plans consist of pursuing a Master of Business Administration to further prepare him for a career in finance. He is eager to pursue a career in the market analysis industry, fascinated by market trends, investment strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Zach is an honored recipient of this scholarship and extends his gratitude to East Central University and the Harland C. Stonecipher School of Business.

LANGSTON UNIVERSITY

Kobe Law

Major: Business Administration
Kobe Law is a standout junior at Langston University, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management. As a first-generation college student, Kobe has demonstrated exceptional academic and professional drive, consistently seeking opportunities to grow and lead.  He currently serves as the Content and Technical Support Assistant to the Dean of the School of Business, where he supports key operations, manages data, and enhances administrative processes. In this role, Kobe has developed strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills—laying a solid foundation for his future career. Passionate about the operations and consulting industries, Kobe is exploring internship opportunities to gain hands-on experience in product management, customer service, and business analysis. His dedication extends beyond the classroom, as he remains committed to professional development and giving back to his community. OKLAHOMA BAPTIST UNIVERSITY

Haley Stewart

Major: Finance
Haley Stewart is a Finance major at Oklahoma Baptist University. She is from Newcastle, Oklahoma where she is an active member of First Baptist Church. Her faith is her top priority, and she strives to incorporate it into all she does. Haley is also passionate about organic, gluten free cooking and published her first cookbook at the age of 19. She practices her passion by preparing meals weekly for multiple families. She is member of Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business and on the President’s Honor roll. She has also maintained a 4.0 grade point average over the course of her academic career. Haley’s future goals will likely combine her love of healthy living and entrepreneurship. 

OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY

Jaymie Burrow

Major: Business - Marketing

Jaymie Burrow is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing and an emphasis in Professional Selling at Oklahoma Christian University. She is actively involved in Women’s Bowling and DECA as part of her extracurricular activities. She has received the Soaring Scholarship and has been recognized for academic excellence as part of the Top 20% of her business class and is on track to graduate Magna cum laude.  Jaymie is a leader among her peers having served as a student mentor several years at OC's Business Boot Camp. Her career plans include pursuing opportunities in professional sales and marketing, where she can apply her skills in communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling.

OKLAHOMA CITY UNIVERSITY

Henrique Duarte

Major: Finance & Economics

Henrique Duarte, came to the Meinders School of Business from São Paulo, Brazil.  He is a rising senior pursuing a double major in Economics and Finance, with a 3.9 GPA.  Henrique plans to attend graduate school to further his education.  Along with his academic achievements, he is a member of the Men’s Soccer team, starting in all conference games since his freshman year, and winning the 2024 SAC Tournament.  Henrique also participated in the Business School Industry visits to the Dallas area, visiting a variety of businesses and meeting with OCU alumni.    

During his time in college, Henrique has gained valuable internship experience in the retail market and fund administration.  After completing his education, he wants to work in corporate finance. He is also considering a career in soccer as he will join Oklahoma United FC to play in the NPSL this summer. He is honored to be recognized by the Economic Club of Oklahoma.

OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY

Anna Bosma

Major: Economics
My name is Anna Bosma, and I am a junior from Stillwater, Oklahoma, studying Economics at Oklahoma State University. I am also receiving minors in Linguistics and International Business. Additionally, I am pursuing certificates in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and Computational Economics and Data Analysis. My time at OSU has awarded me the opportunity to study abroad twice, spending a semester at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, and completing a short-term program in the Netherlands. I am also a member of the Economics Society and German Club.
 
Currently, I am an Assistant Mentor at the LASSO Center, where I balance the duties of a Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader for Microeconomic Principles for Business with mentoring fellow SI Leaders. I also work as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Macroeconomics. After graduation, I plan to pursue a master’s in international relations, specializing in the Asia-Pacific region and learning more about countries’ economies, relations, and political issues. I am sincerely thankful that I have been offered this scholarship, and I greatly appreciate those who have helped me succeed in my college career.

SOUTHERN NAZARENE UNIVERSITY

Gracelynn Nickell

Major: Business Administration - Finance

Gracelynn Nickell is a Finance major from Duncan, Oklahoma. She is currently attending Southern Nazarene University, maintaining an impressive 3.95 GPA, and is on track to graduate in May of 2026. She is also a member of the SNU Women’s Golf Team. She is actively involved in the National Society of Leadership and a member of Delta Mu Delta Honor Society.

She earned her Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Redlands Community College, graduating Summa Cum Laude in recognition of her exceptional academic performance. During her time at Redlands, she was also a dedicated member of the Women’s Golf Team, where she balanced athletic commitment with academic excellence. She was honored as an Academic All-American in both years of her collegiate golf career at Redlands, reflecting her outstanding achievements both on the course and in the classroom.

With a solid academic foundation, proven leadership, and a deep commitment to both athletics and excellence, Gracelynn is poised to make a meaningful impact in the field of finance. Her drive, discipline, and well-rounded experience make her a standout individual with a bright future ahead.

UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL OKLAHOMA

Peyton Weaver

Major: Economics
Peyton Weaver grew up in Yukon Oklahoma and is currently working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Central Oklahoma.
 
Peyton is a hardworking and involved student within the College of Business at UCO and participates in groups across campus. She is an officer for the Economics and International Business club and has been a part of the Dean’s Advisory council for two semesters as well as maintaining a place on the President's Honor Roll and being chosen as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma for excellence in business. 
 
Peyton intends to pursue a law degree after graduation to attain a career in business law. Peyton would like to express gratitude to the University of Central Oklahoma and College of Business for nominating her as a recipient of this scholarship.

UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA

Tim Sullivan

Major: Sports Business and Economics
Tim Sullivan is a junior at the University of Oklahoma from Arlington, Virginia. He is currently pursuing majors in Sports Business and Economics within the Price College of Business as a member of the OU Honors College, maintaining an exceptional 4.0 GPA. Tim is also actively involved in making an impact on his university's athletics department through his student assistant role with the Sooner Club, the primary fundraising branch of OU Athletics.
 
Getting involved on campus and serving the student body has also been a strong priority for Tim throughout his time at the University of Oklahoma. Tim is currently the President of the OU Sports Business Association, an associate in the JCPenney Leadership Program, and a long-time undergraduate TA for the Economics Department at OU. Post-graduation, Tim aims to continue his academic journey by pursuing a master's degree while assuming a Graduate Assistant position in fundraising for a collegiate athletics department, furthering his commitment to sports business and academic excellence.
