Moon Passino, Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Mobility, oversees the Human Resources functions for the West Coast territory of the United States. Passino is primarily engaged in supporting field operations to ensure their HR systems are effective, efficient and properly aligned with operational initiatives. Additionally, he is involved in several corporate initiatives including direct HR support for Commute with Enterprise, Worker’s Compensation Return To Work program, Talent Attraction, Talent Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and increasing employee satisfaction and retention.

A 33-year veteran of Enterprise, Passino has relocated with the company five times and held positions in Human Resources in New York, California, New Jersey, St. Louis, and Oklahoma City. In 2002, he moved to the organization’s worldwide headquarters in St. Louis as the Corporate Human Resources Manager for the North Central territory of the United States and later the South Central territory of the United States. During this time, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and then Corporate Vice President of Human Resources. Following a 7-year return to field operations in Oklahoma City, he is again working at our worldwide headquarters and currently oversees Human Resources for the West Coast territory of the United States.
Passino graduated from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications and English Writing. He resides in St. Louis with his wife, Aimee and their three children.
